Booking a service creates a binding agreement.
All services depend on availability.
We can cancel or decline bookings if needed.
Bookings are confirmed by email/notification.
Payment is due at the time of booking.
Extra services = extra charges.
Refer to the cancellation policy for changes.
Ensure access to your home at the time of service.
Inform us about safety risks (pets, broken things, etc.).
Secure valuables – we’re not liable for any loss/damage.
Only agreed-upon tasks will be done.
Extra dirty or hazardous spaces may cost more or be declined.
If we provide supplies, extra charges may apply.
Not happy? Report within 24 hours.
We’ll re-clean or refund (case-by-case).
Refunds take 5–7 business days.
We’re not responsible for pre-existing damage or poor installations.
We carry insurance – report claims within 24 hours.
Clients are responsible for damages due to negligence.
Cancel/reschedule at least 24 hours in advance to avoid charges.
No-show or late cancellation = fee (see cancellation policy).
Need 7 days' notice to cancel or change recurring plans.
Advance payment required for recurring services.
No refund if canceled after the notice window.
We collect personal info to offer our services.
