Company Cancellation Policy for Fix Cleaning Services
At Fix Cleaning Services, we are committed to providing our clients with reliable, high-quality cleaning services. We understand that sometimes unexpected events may occur that require changes to your scheduled appointments. To ensure a smooth and fair process for both our clients and our team, we have created this cancellation policy. Please read the details carefully.
Cancellation and Rescheduling Procedures:
We value your time and ours. If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please follow these steps:
You must notify us at least 24 hours before your scheduled cleaning time.
You can notify us by:

Logging into your online account (if applicable) to manage appointments.
Late Cancellations and No-Shows:
Late cancellations and no-shows affect our schedule and ability to serve others. The following applies:
If you cancel less than 24 hours before the appointment, you will be charged 50% of the service cost.
If our team arrives and no one is there, or you didn't notify us at all, you will be charged the full cost of the service.
Rescheduling:
We are happy to reschedule your appointment as long as we receive the request at least 24 hours in advance.
If you reschedule with less than 24 hours’ notice, a fee of 25% of the service cost may be charged.
All reschedules are subject to availability.
Recurring Service Cancellations:
For clients who use our recurring cleaning services (weekly, bi-weekly, monthly):
You must give us at least 7 days’ notice to cancel ongoing services.
No cancellation fee applies if the 7-day notice is given.
If you want to reduce the frequency of your cleanings (for example, from weekly to bi-weekly), you must let us know at least 7 days in advance.
Weather-Related Cancellations:
If bad weather makes it unsafe for our team to travel, we will contact you to reschedule at no extra cost. If you also need to cancel due to severe weather, we will not charge any cancellation fees.
Refund Policy:
If you cancel within the required notice time and have already paid, you will get a full refund.
If a late cancellation fee is charged, the remaining balance will be refunded.
No refunds will be given for no-show appointments.
Exceptions:
We understand that emergencies can happen. If you have a medical emergency or other urgent matter, please contact us. We will review your situation and may make exceptions to the policy on a case-by-case basis.
