  • Send a team to re-clean the areas of concern at no additional cost, or

2. Non-Refundable Situations

• Late Cancellations: If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled appointment, the late cancellation fee (50% of the service cost) is non-refundable.

• No-Shows: If our team arrives at the scheduled location and the client is not present, or if no prior notice of cancellation is given, the full cost of the service is non-refundable.

• Recurring Service Cancellations: If recurring services are canceled without providing the required 7-day notice, any prepaid amount for the upcoming service is non-refundable.
