At Houserve, we are committed to delivering high-quality services that meet your expectations. However, we understand that circumstances may arise where cancellations or refunds are necessary. This policy outlines the conditions under which you may request a refund or cancel a booking made through the Houserve app or website.

Cancellations

  • Before Provider Acceptance: You may cancel any booking free of charge until the provider accepts it. To cancel, open the Houserve app, go to your booking details, and tap “Cancel Booking.” If you cancel before acceptance, you will receive a full refund of the service fee (for advance booking services).

  • Provider Unavailability: In the rare event that a professional is unable to attend your appointment due to unforeseen circumstances, the provider may decline your service. In such cases, you can:

    • Reschedule your appointment at a convenient time, or

    • Cancel your booking and receive a full refund (for advance booking services).

Refunds

  • Refunds (for eligible cancellations) will be processed to the user’s Houserve wallet if the service was booked in advance.

  • Refunds are not applicable in the following cases:

    • You cancel your booking after the provider has accepted it.

    • The service was completed as described in the app, but you are dissatisfied with the outcome.

    • Minor inconveniences or delays occurred during the service.

    • You request changes to the scope of work after the provider has arrived, resulting in additional charges.
